Delegate Packages

Our conference delegate packages offer a range of options for your event. These include the following:

• Room hire with choice of room set-ups
• Standard conference equipment - flipchart, overhead projector, screen TV, video and DVD
• All delegates receive a conference pad, pencil and name card
• Bottled water and sweets placed on each table
• Tea or Coffee on arrival
• Morning Tea or Coffee served with biscuits
• Choice of 2-course luncheon menu
• Afternoon Tea or Coffee served with biscuits (Full day only)

Rates:

• Full day with lunch - £27.00 per delegate
• Half day with lunch - £22.00 per delegate
• Half day without lunch - £14.00 per delegate
• Full day without lunch - £18.00 per delegate

Please note that all prices are inclusive of VAT. Minimum charge of 10 delegates
